Refund & Cancellation Policy

Application Cancellation

Applicants may request cancellation of their job application at any stage before signing the employment contract. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to truepathabroad@gmail.com/career@truepathabroad.in and must include a valid and genuine reason for cancellation.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If the cancellation request is approved and submitted before major processing stages have been completed, a full or partial refund may be issued.

No deduction will be made if the cancellation is due to a genuine and verifiable reason and no significant processing costs have been incurred.

Visa Processing and Non-Refundable Stage

Once a visa has been approved, generated, issued, or submitted for final processing, no refund shall be provided under any circumstances. Applicants acknowledge that visa-related fees, government charges, document processing fees, and administrative expenses become non-refundable once this stage is reached.

Administrative Deductions

Where applicable, reasonable administrative, documentation, verification, banking, and processing charges may be deducted from the refundable amount. The exact deduction will depend on the stage of the application process at the time of cancellation.

Contract Signing

After the applicant signs the employment contract, the application process shall be considered finalized. Cancellation requests submitted after contract signing may not be eligible for any refund.

Communication and Notifications

For transparency, every stage of the recruitment, documentation, payment, and processing procedure will be communicated to the applicant through email. Applicants are responsible for reviewing all notifications and updates sent to their registered email address.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
